Catherine (F) 09/2019 L’accueil au petit soin de Luciano. Il ne manquait rien à notre confort. Très bel appartement spacieux, décoré avec goût. Le parking est un grand luxe. A cinq minutes des commerces, 10 mn du ferry et 20 mn de la gare. Luciano c’est comme un membre de la famille qui vous accueille chez lui.

MJ (NL) 08/2019 Prachtig stads appartement in mooie/goede omgeving. Appartement is heel compleet. Genoeg handdoeken en verschoning beddengoed. Eigenaar is vriendelijk en heeft informatie over omgeving. Heel attent er staat een fles wijn en water/koffie en wat voor ontbijt klaar in de keuken. Wij hebben een week lang genoten.

Appart duplex, propre, très bien équipé et très bien situé avec au choix le bateau à 5 min, le train à 15 min et la rue piétonne commerçante proche. Emplacement idéal pour la spezia, la visite des 5 terres et environs. Supermarché à deux pas. On se gare dans le parking de Luciano, puis on fait tout le reste à pieds, un vrai plus ! Vacances en famille avec enfants de 10 et 8 ans.

Per (DK) 07/2019 Der er intet negativt at siger - alt var perfekt og Værten Luciano er utrolig flink og hjælpsom Placeringen er perfekt 5 min gang til havnen, Indkøb og ca 10 til toget. Perfekt udgangs punkt for at besøge Cinque Terre :-) Det eneste vi savnede var en altan - men det er jo svært når lejlighedden ligger i stueetagen :-)

Peter (DE) 05/2019 Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Der Gastgeber ist ausgesprochen nett und gibt sehr gute Hinweise zu Ausflügen und Restaurants. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist ausgesprochen originell. Die Garage liegt direkt unterhalb der Wohnung, sodass das Gepäckhandling sehr bequem ist.

Il est très propre et très bien situé: - à 1/4 h à pied de la gare pour les Cinque Terre - à 10 min de l'embarcadère pour les bateaux Luciano est un hôte très sympathique et très accueillant et il parle français. A recommander sans aucune hésitation.

The apartment is just amazing, spacious, spotlessly clean, conveniently positioned for bars and restaurants and equipped with more than everything you would require for your stay there!! However, after all that there's still more to come and I save my best comments for the host Luciano!! He is such a genuine, kind and helpful person who can't do enough for you. David (FR) 10/2018 La disponibilité de Luciano qui parle parfaitement français. L'appartement très bien équipé, décoré, lumineux, spacieux et bien situé notamment pour aller en bateau aux 5 terre. Il manque un lave linge pour un séjour de plusieurs jours mais il y a une laverie à 500m que nous avons utilisée (4,50€). Luciano répond instantanément aux demandes d'informations. Il est venu nous chercher à la gare, idem pour le retour, merci encore pour cette attention. Pour toutes ces raisons, je recommande fortement cet appartement dont le rapport qualité prix est excellent.

Et en + qui parle parfaitement le français. Son appartement est très confortable et d’une propreté irréprochable on s’y sent comme chez soi! A proximité de tout et vraiment calme. Das Appartement liegt ruhig aber dennoch sind es kurze Wege in die Stadt oder zum Bahnhof zur Cinque Terre. Die Wohnung ist ideal aufgeteilt und hat alles was man braucht und darüber hinaus. Alles ist sehr sehr sauber und die Ausstattung ist perfekt.

He picked us up on the arrival, explained everything in detail, showed various options for our stay and even offered us a bottle of wine for a nice beginning of our holiday. We were absolutely amazed by the apartment that has an arty feeling to it and makes you feel really at home. Luciano ensured that we got all the maps and leaflets we may need and informed about available tourists options. What needs to be additionally stressed, we needed to leave the car a bit longer after leaving the apartment and he arranged in a way that we could finish our trip without worring for leaving our belongings. I definitely recommend the place and will spread the word to my friends.
